Maplewood Motel (on Route 302 across from Point Sebago Golf and Beach Resort)
Spacious, hotel-style rooms with modern comfort.
As an annex to the Bed & Breakfast, we have 6 comfortable
rooms available in the motel building, adjacent to the
outdoor pool. All rooms have two beds, either Full Size, Queen
or a combination. Rooms are very spacious (14'x26') and well-equiped
with full bath. We offer telephone, whisper quiet A/C, high-speed
cable-internet connection directly into your laptop, hair-dryer,
and Color TV with Cable. Refrigerator and microwave in all
rooms. Room # 1 has special features for the handicapped (i.e.
large bathroom with "drive-in" shower.) Room # 5 and # 6 have connecting doors and turn into a suite if so desired.
If an extra bed is needed, we may put in a rollaway bed
for an additional $10 per night. (Maximum number of adults per room is
four.) A complimentary breakfast is available from early morning on in
the breakfast room in the Inn (peak season only). Use of the swimming pool
is included of course.
The motel is open
year-round. Reservations are recommended for June, July, August, September
and the first two weeks of October (Fryeburg Fair, Foliage). Call for the
availability of out-of-season weekly and monthly rates.
