Room Rates* 2010 for single or double occupancy

Rates are per night for (single or) double occupancy. Extra person beyond double occupancy: $15 per night. Discounts available for corporate clients and for stays over 5 nights (off-season). Special discount available for lot-owners at Point Sebago Golf & Beach Resort with the Point Sebago Neighbor Card. Inquire how to apply.

All rooms in the motel have two beds, so do rooms 2 and 4 in the B&B. Single rooms: B&B rooms 1 and 3. Max. adults per room: 2 for a single room, 4 for a double room. We offer a light breakfast, buffet style, during peak season: (from Memorial Day thru Labor Day Weekend)
